How it’s used.
This page explains the site’s actual account, profile, messaging and commission records. Contact RentBoy.rent at info@rentboy.rent for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions.
Information collected
- Account name, email, password hash, verification status, session information and security audit records.
- Provider profile details, gifts, availability slots, country, photos and display order; private client photos and VIP videos.
- Messages, masked-contact indicators, read timestamps, last-seen timestamps, participants and conversation dates.
- Referral links, immutable introduction source, mutually accepted gift/expense/booking briefs, acceptance digests and policy versions.
- Commission invoices, deposit receipt/release/payout/refund records, transaction references and verification decisions.
- Private adult/identity-review status and review method, saved preferences and alert consent, mutual favourites, reviews, reports and newsletter subscriptions.
Public and private areas
Approved profile information and published reviews are public. Account emails, authentication secrets and internal conversations are not published as profile contact details. Public profile responses mask detected contact information and omit external contact/social links. Providers can still view their own saved information and authorized staff can access information necessary to administer the service.
Why the information is used
Data is used to provide accounts and profiles, deliver messages and verification emails, prevent abuse, publish moderated reviews, identify the source of introductions, show agreed gifts, verify commission payments, handle disputes and maintain an accountable audit trail. The recorded referral source supports the business process; it is not off-site tracking of your communications.
Payments and email providers
PayPal processes commission payments. Its own privacy terms govern information collected on PayPal. RentBoy.rent stores transaction references and verification state, not card numbers or PayPal passwords. SpaceMail supplies transactional email, including verification codes from no-reply@rentboy.rent. Hosting and delivery providers process the technical information needed to operate these services.
Storage and security
Passwords are hashed. Verification codes are stored as keyed hashes, expire and have attempt/resend limits. Administrative operations require authenticated roles. A private superadmin-only registration log records the signup email, account type, time, recorded request IP address and verification-email delivery status. Historical IP information is included only where it was previously recorded. Requests to the site may also produce server logs containing technical metadata such as IP address, time, request path and browser information. These measures reduce risk but do not establish a guarantee against all unauthorized access.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values stored by a browser for a website. Local storage holds values until the application or the user clears them; session storage normally lasts for the tab/session. RentBoy.rent uses essential authentication and feature storage. It does not use the cookie names of another website.

The current application does not install advertising cookies, Twitter/X tracking, Google Analytics cookies, Flash cookies or email-opening pixels. Operational analytics come from account/booking records. Third-party fonts, icon scripts and payment websites may receive request metadata or apply their own policies when accessed. This inventory should be reassessed if published content or integrations change.
Cookie choices
There are no optional marketing/analytics cookie categories to enable in the current application. You can block or clear cookies/storage using your browser controls; blocking authentication storage may prevent sign-in. Logout revokes the current refresh session and removes its browser cookie/token. Clearing a browser’s local shortlist does not delete server-side account records.
The WebGL scene processes pointer movement locally for visual effects; it does not send mouse trails to the server. Newsletter subscription and availability-alert consent are optional. If optional tracking is added, this policy and the appropriate consent controls must be updated before activation.

Retention and deletion
Account and profile records are retained while the account is active. Deleting an account removes its profile and profile uploads. Conversation, invoice, acceptance and moderation records may be retained where needed to handle disputes, demonstrate agreed terms or satisfy financial/legal recordkeeping; account links may be cleared while recorded labels and transaction references remain. Backups are not instantly rewritten when a live record is deleted. Contact the operator for a retention review rather than assuming that deleting a profile erases every historical record.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, remove your photos, manage saved profiles, submit reports, request a review of incorrect attribution or masking, and ask for access/correction/deletion. Newsletter subscriptions can be removed by contacting the operator. Where an identity check is needed to protect an account, only the information necessary to establish access will be requested.
Updates
The acceptance record stores the policy version and date. Material changes will be presented before affected messaging/booking activity continues. This page should be reviewed as the site’s actual practices change.
VIP visibility and private media
Last-seen timestamps are updated from authenticated member activity. Active VIP participants can see their counterpart’s last-seen status and read receipts; VIP clients may see provider last-seen status on public profiles. The timestamp fields are omitted from non-VIP responses. Client photos and videos are private to the owner, authorized administration and providers already in a conversation with the client after media approval. Approved provider videos can appear publicly while that provider’s VIP is active. Pending/hidden media is not shared. Expired VIP videos are retained and hidden from others.
Checks and analytics
Do not upload identity documents into member photos or videos. Private review is coordinated with RentBoy.rent support; the application stores an attestation and reviewed outcome, not an identity-document upload. Analytics aggregate booking, account, moderation and financial records; page-visit tracking is not active. Different currencies are not merged into invented profit. Saved alert consent does not mean alerts have been sent.
Legal bases, disclosures and transfers
Depending on the processing and jurisdiction, information is used to perform requested services, meet legal duties, protect legitimate operational/security interests, or act on optional consent. Necessary hosting, email, payment and support processors may receive relevant information. Lawful authority requests, safeguarding duties or business transfers can also require disclosures with applicable safeguards. RentBoy.rent does not claim to store all information in Germany or exclusively within the EU; international hosting/provider processing must be assessed for the relevant requirements.
Regional rights and your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Residents of South Africa, the EU/EEA, the UK, California, Canada and other covered regions may have additional rights and regulator complaint routes under their local laws. These rights are subject to applicable conditions, retention obligations and proportionate identity checks; email info@rentboy.rent. No blanket waiver of those rights is created by using the site. Marketing opt-out does not stop essential service messages.
Children, legal reports and incidents
RentBoy.rent is not for anyone under 18 or below the applicable age of majority. Do not submit a child’s information or imagery. Credible underage-account concerns are investigated and access restricted as appropriate; necessary anti-abuse evidence may be retained. Private legal reports contain information the reporter submits and are used for review, communication, recordkeeping and lawful escalation. Submit only necessary information. Tracking signals and third-party links
The current application has no behavioral advertising service to opt out of. It does not separately implement a Do Not Track signal handler. External websites have their own practices. If practices change, RentBoy.rent must reassess applicable browser-choice signals, consent and disclosures.
