DMCA notice
& takedown.
RentBoy.rent respects intellectual property and expects its users to do the same. This policy describes its notice, removal and counter-notification process by reference to 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the U.S. Copyright Office guidance. Whether a service qualifies for a statutory safe harbor depends on the applicable requirements; this page does not itself establish eligibility or a registered-agent designation.

RentBoy.rent — Copyright notices
info@rentboy.rent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices here, using a clear subject line. Ordinary abuse reports can also be submitted through the Complaints form, which sends to legal@rentboy.rent. No external lawyer, law firm, address or telephone number is represented as RentBoy.rent’s agent. Registered-agent details must be separately confirmed and published before claiming that registration.
Notice of claimed infringement
If you own copyright, or are authorized to act for its owner, include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list where multiple works are involved.
- Identification and specific URLs or other sufficient locations of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact details sufficient for a response, including your name, address, email and a telephone number where applicable to the statutory notice. These are the claimant’s details, not a RentBoy.rent phone number.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Consider any lawful authorization, exception or limitation before sending a notice. Being depicted in an image does not by itself establish copyright ownership. Privacy, non-consensual imagery and impersonation concerns may instead be reported through Complaints.
Takedown procedure and repeat infringement
RentBoy.rent will assess notices, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to material where a valid notice or other sufficient basis warrants it, and take reasonable steps to notify the affected uploader. If a notice identifies the work and material and supplies contact information but lacks other required details, RentBoy.rent will take reasonable steps to request those details. Repeat copyright infringers may have accounts terminated in appropriate circumstances. Removal may also occur independently under other platform rules.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, email the copyright contact with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of what was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, as required for a counter-notification under § 512(g)(3), and an email address for correspondence.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and your agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
A counter-notice is a legal statement. Knowingly materially false notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences. Necessary counter-notice information is forwarded to the original claimant; do not include unrelated sensitive information.
Forwarding and restoration
Under the applicable DMCA counter-notice process, RentBoy.rent will promptly provide the original claimant with the counter-notice and explain the intended restoration. Restoration generally takes place not less than ten and not more than fourteen business days after receipt of a compliant counter-notice unless RentBoy.rent first receives notice that the claimant filed a court action seeking to restrain the disputed activity. A separate valid restriction, such as child exploitation or non-consensual content, is assessed under the applicable law and platform policy rather than ignored.
Changes
RentBoy.rent may update this procedure as its operations and applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Questions: info@rentboy.rent.
