Consent.
Adults only.

RentBoy.rent protects children and young people

No person under 18 may use RentBoy.rent or appear in an uploaded photograph or video. Content involving minors, sexual exploitation of children, grooming, solicitation of minors, or apparent child sexual abuse is strictly prohibited. Users must also meet the applicable age-of-majority requirements where they live. German youth-protection requirements and other relevant national laws are considered where applicable; RentBoy.rent does not claim that every prohibited upload falls under one universal international offence.

Suspected material is restricted and escalated for review and legally required reporting. Accounts involved may be suspended or terminated. RentBoy.rent does not decide criminal guilt or promise a prosecution; those matters belong to competent authorities. Do not download or redistribute suspected abuse material to investigate it. Report the location and description using Submit a report, email legal@rentboy.rent, or use the official resources below.

Private adulthood and identity review is required before actionable bookings. Email verification alone does not establish age or identity. Staff must check actual evidence privately before recording a verified outcome; government IDs must not be placed in public/member galleries. Parents and guardians can use browser or device parental controls to restrict access to adult sites.

Anti-trafficking policy and statement

RentBoy.rent has zero tolerance for human trafficking, forced or coerced labour, sexual exploitation through force, fraud or coercion, underage involvement, and non-consensual content. Participation and every shared event brief must be voluntary. Payment, spending power, a booking or a relationship never overrides consent or personal boundaries.

Identity, age and consent

Providers, clients and people appearing in uploaded material must be adults. Uploaders must have permission to publish the material and confirm voluntary participation. RentBoy.rent may request a private identity/age check using valid identification through an appropriate process. The application records review status and method, not public identity-document copies. An upload or a verified email is not proof that an ID check occurred.

Detection, review and action

Access controls, manual media review, user reports, audit records and automated text-contact checks support moderation. These controls are not a claim of an automated trafficking-detection system. Staff must investigate credible warning signs, consider immediate restrictions to prevent harm, record the reason for actions, and escalate legal reporting or preservation duties. Warning signs can include coercive third-party account control, inability to consent freely, threats, identity misuse, restricted movement or communications suggesting exploitation; none is conclusive on its own.

Partners, training and governance

Partners, vendors and advertisers must follow anti-exploitation standards. Relevant personnel are required to learn recognition, documentation, safeguarding and escalation procedures on joining and refresh them regularly. Management should keep training and review records and seek specialist advice when needed. This states the required standard; it does not assert that an annual training event or external audit has already occurred.

Reporting and cooperation

Use Submit a report or legal@rentboy.rent. Good-faith reporters must not face retaliation. Reports are handled sensitively and access is limited to those needed for review; absolute anonymity cannot be promised if law requires disclosure. RentBoy.rent cooperates with lawful enquiries and appropriate victim-support organizations, preserving relevant evidence without circulating harmful material. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

Modern slavery policy

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to RentBoy.rent operations, digital platforms, staff, contractors, partners, advertisers, providers and users. It prohibits trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, servitude, child labour and coercive sexual exploitation in platform activity and business relationships.

2. Applicable framework

Relevant frameworks may include the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, ILO forced-labour conventions, Germany’s Supply Chain Due Diligence Act where applicable, the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, and local anti-trafficking and employment laws. Applicability depends on the entity and operations; citing a framework is not certification of compliance.

3. Due diligence and risk management

RentBoy.rent management is responsible for assessing higher-risk activities and relationships, requiring voluntary adult participation, arranging proportionate private verification, reviewing suspicious content or identity misuse, and recording corrective action. A credible report may justify restricting access while investigating. Relationships may be ended for confirmed serious breaches and matters referred as required by law.

4. Training and whistleblowing

Relevant staff and contractors should receive onboarding guidance and recurring updates on warning signs, responsible moderation, lawful handling of evidence and escalation. Internal or external concerns can be submitted anonymously through the reporting form or by email. Management must prohibit retaliation and avoid exposing a victim or reporter unnecessarily.

5. Corrective action and support

Responses may include content restrictions, account suspension, preservation of evidence, contract termination, lawful referrals and signposting to specialist support. Decisions should be recorded and proportionate. RentBoy.rent is not an emergency, law-enforcement or victim-rescue service.

6. Governance and transparency

RentBoy.rent management oversees implementation and should review these policies at least annually and following material incidents or operational changes. Any legally required annual statement must be separately prepared, approved and published. No past annual statement, director signature or historical approval is asserted by this page. Effective publication date: 8 October 2026. General contact: info@rentboy.rent.

Anti-hate and respectful conduct

Nazi advocacy, antisemitism, racist abuse, threats and targeted harassment are conduct issues and are prohibited. They are not preferences to match around or boundaries to override for a higher gift. Flags require contextual review before sanctions; criticism, quotation, reporting abuse and good-faith disagreement must not automatically be equated with advocacy. Members may choose ordinary conversation preferences, such as avoiding political discussion. RentBoy.rent does not infer religion, politics or sexuality from names, photographs or spending.

Use Submit a report for concerns. Moderators should record the context, action and reasons, and review challenges supported by new information.

Reporting resources

Use official services appropriate to your location. These are independent resources, not RentBoy.rent contact channels. Current contact methods are on their own sites; no business telephone number is listed here.

For other countries, use the local police or official anti-trafficking service. External resources may change; check their current guidance. RentBoy.rent does not endorse a provider simply by linking it.
