RentBoy.rent supplies discovery, messaging and booking-record tools for independent providers and adult clients. Operational support: info@rentboy.rent. These terms incorporate the Rules; personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and scope

Joining is free. Verify your email and complete private adult/identity review before an actionable booking. Provide accurate information and images you are permitted to use. No unlawful, exploitative, non-consensual or impersonated service is permitted. Dinner, event and activity requests need a shared brief. An agreed meeting never grants permission to cross someone’s boundaries. Travel products require separate checks and are not included in the standard booking form.

2. Gifts, expenses and commission

Providers choose their gift. Both sides accept the same gift, time, venue, duration, boundaries, expenses and terms. RentBoy.rent’s provider-paid commission is 10% of the agreed gift, rounded up to the smallest currency unit; separately agreed expenses are excluded. A R1,000 gift produces a R100 commission and a R900 provider gift after commission. A deposit, if configured and agreed, counts toward the gift and is not an extra gift or the commission. The term gift is product wording and does not determine legal or tax treatment.

3. Current availability and acceptance

Proposals use provider-published availability, expire by the displayed deadline and are bound to a digest of their exact terms. A changed gift or time window requires fresh terms; no silent changes to an accepted brief are permitted. Overlapping accepted bookings are rejected for both participants. Once both accept, one commission invoice is issued. The booking remains awaiting commission until verified settlement or a documented waiver. Outstanding fees may restrict further acceptance and overdue fees may restrict new introductions.

4. Payments and deposits

Only use payment instructions actually shown as supported. The established payment destination is not changed by displaying the RentBoy.rent business name. A screenshot, submitted reference, return page or status switch is not proof of funds. Receipt verification must match the amount, currency and booking/invoice; reused transaction references are rejected. Unsupported currencies are not silently converted.

Deposit collection is unavailable until payment instructions and operational handling are configured. When available, the ledger distinguishes a submitted reference, verified receipt, client-authorized release, verified payout and verified refund. No button directly transfers funds. This is not a claim of licensed escrow, guaranteed attendance or guaranteed recovery. The commission invoice is not a guarantee of the provider’s service.

5. Cancellations, refunds and incidents

Decline freely before acceptance. After acceptance, request review/cancellation from the conversation. Before-start client cancellation or a supported provider no-show is eligible for full deposit-refund review where receipt was verified. Other disputes are assessed from the recorded brief, messages and actual receipts. RentBoy.rent records reasons and verified outgoing refunds; a dispute does not automatically erase balances or replace the provider. Contact support promptly and retain your agreement/reference. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

6. Communication and moderation

Keep arrangements in Messenger. Do not share or disguise phone numbers, emails, handles, links or off-platform instructions in any member text, photo or video. Detected contacts are masked; media moderation and private reports supplement automated checks. Detection is not exhaustive and in-person contact exchange cannot be technically prevented. Deliberate evasion may result in restrictions or suspension. Conversation review by the superadmin is audited and disclosed in Privacy.

7. Profiles, media and VIP

Provider listings require approval; an approved listing can update without overriding a moderator hide/rejection. The maximum is 8 photos per client/provider account, 2 MB each. Removed legacy fields are no longer offered. The current VIP price and access period for both roles are shown in Membership before checkout. VIP includes read receipts, last-seen visibility, up to 2 videos at 5 MB each, and rotating featured placement for eligible providers. Media review still applies. Client media is private to conversation providers; providers’ approved media is public. Expired/cancelled VIP loses its features; stored videos are retained and hidden from others. PayPal VIP checkout is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal.

8. Reviews and returning

Completed bookings support moderated reviews and meeting-history counts. Reviews must be honest and evidence-based; no-show reports can be submitted privately without marking a booking completed. Providers may respond. Mutual favourites, saved preferences and rebooking are optional; every repeat request needs new availability and acceptance. VIP and reputation do not guarantee requests or outcomes.

9. Coverage and changes

Supported locations are South Africa, Europe, North America and South America, subject to actual local supply and payment support. No worldwide availability is implied. The accepted policy version is recorded; material terms changes require renewed acceptance before new bookings. Account closure, corrections and assistance may be requested from RentBoy.rent support.
